Project Brief
The brief was to create a one-of-a-kind apartment that would immediately capture the attention of discerning buyers. Every detail was designed to evoke warmth, character and a sense of understated luxury.
Drawing inspiration from modern European and Mediterranean interiors, the focus was on creating a home that felt both refined and deeply inviting.
Venetian plaster walls and ceilings throughout, complemented by Mediterranean-inspired crazy pave tiling that added warmth, texture and a distinct sense of place.
A recessed feature ceiling added depth and architectural interest, while a sculptural oval kitchen island anchored the space as the centrepiece of the home.
The end result
The result was a distinctive luxury apartment that stands confidently alongside some of Sydney's most highly regarded designer homes. Rich in materiality and detail, the space delivered a memorable first impression while remaining timeless in its appeal.
